Kiwanis helps kids around the world and in the local community. In Jefferson, Kiwanis has established a Key Club, provides books for children in need, and sponsors a road for beautification. The international organization takes on challenges, including education and literacy, health and nutrition, youth development, and fights maternal, neonatal and Iodine deficiencies.
Kiwanis Club of Jefferson delivering books for The Literacy Launch, a project through which 24 wrapped books are given to 60 children in the school systems for Christmas.
